Wladislaus farming made easy.
1 Kill - 1 Minute - 64,000 CP

You need only 2 paradigms
Scouting Party :
Com - Med - Sab
&
Recuperation :
Syn - Syn - Med (Use as default paradigm to start the battle)

This is the fastest method used for farming CP in the game.
Want earlier farming Locations?

Chapter 2 - Pulse Vesitige (Used for farming Fortisol and Deceptisols only)

Chapter 5 - Gapra whitewood (You'll come down an elevator with hope as leader; you'll find a save crystal and 6 thing-a-ma-bobbers in front. 156 Net CP per fight use the elevator to make them respawn)

Chapter 7 - (Not recommended) Palumpolum the Estheim residence
I've seen way too many people farm here for hours on end and its by far one of the worst possible locations to farm both CP / and Gil. a 1% drop rate for incentive chips...? Really? I spent 3 hours here for a total of 50,000 gil. Absolutely worthless.

Chapter 8 - Nautilus park. Recommended for a few minutes
The zwerg thingies around the item sphere net you around 600 CP per fight
Some players prefer to make them respawn by walking all the way back to where they first started and walking back up. I simply save quit and load. (I'm just lazy)

Chapter 9 - The Palamecia (Highly recommended)
The only downside to this method is that the alarm that's going off is absolutely ANNOYING AS HELL. Wee woo wee woo wee woo. I suggest turning your volume to 0. The first steps you take after the skydeck of the Palamecia you encounter 4 Psicom members. The drop rate for an Incentive chip is 25% with a 5 star battle rating. They can be respawned by walking back out to the Skydeck and back in.

Chapter 11 - Gran Pulse - The Archlyte steppe.
As 95% of the majority of leveling videos on youtube will show you; the Behemoth King / Megisotherian fight is the 2nd fastest method for CP farming and can EASILY be done on your first visit to gran pulse. If you can't please message me I'll send you a Paradigm deck you can use.

  • wow I really dont understand how you get 64000 CP from this fight. I get 32000 with a 5 star....

  • @LifeAmongTheDeadBand If you're gonna try to tackle the Ochu you should search up a video on how to beat it. I'd upload one but there's plenty that can help you. Basically you set up a Paradigm deck as Vanille Snow and Hope. (Sab - Sen - Med) and (Rav - Sen - Med). Those are the only 2 you'll need but adding other offensive ones will help at the end of the fight when you kill the ochu. You need to cast Death on Neochu in order to kill it. Doing it standard is tough!

Awesome. Thanks for the info and the video!

  • @LifeAmongTheDeadBand In all honesty its not really worth it. Because even if you do stay here to get 999,999 CP you still have to beat the game and advance one more Crystarium Level which would probably be around ... 1.6 mil CP if i remember? maybe 3 mil... The best place would be Behemoth King + Megisotherian farming on Gran Pulse. With the Growth egg its around 13,000 CP per fight and can take a low level party around 45 seconds to beat it. Minimum 5 second fight if all are 10th COM

  • @Noctrynal

Wow, that sucks.... wish I would have realized that lol. Oh well... Thanks for all your info. I guess this is the best place in the game to farm?

  • @LifeAmongTheDeadBand You can get the growth egg at Any point after you arrive on Pulse. You just have to do Cieth missions 1-14 unlock the Chocobo , beat Neochu in combat (which is also a mission) and Viola! Unfortunately once you leave the place in this video ... you cannot come back. So you would have to do all of this beforehand. What I did was beat Barthandelus in Oerba to unlock Crystarium level 9, and went back and beat Neochu,

  • @Noctrynal

Oooooo I was wondering if you had the growth egg. But since I havent completed the story yet I was wondering if it was possible to get it that early. So if I finish the story, then save and go back through the gate to the steppe, with I be able to return this area and farm this thing? And by one shotting... is that with 9999 as well? Thanks for the reply. :)

  • @LifeAmongTheDeadBand The amount of CP You gain per fight isn't correlated to your battle rating at all!

You need to complete Cieth Missions 1-14 , then when you unlock the chocobo ; you go back to Oerba on the school's roof top. From there You accept the Mark mission against an Ochu (it's really strong so you have to be careful. And when I mean strong I mean powerful enough to one shot you). Once you beat it however you unlock the "Growth Egg" accessory which Doubles your CP gain. =]

  • @xXVercingetorixX Chapter 13 - The Terrasacts. If you proceeded on from this location ( if you left here ) to fight the boss of chapter 13 you cannot come back.

  • where the location i save the game but i dont know come back ;(
