The inspiration for this specific collection came from a recent trip to Tokyo. This collection reflects the spirit of a city that is filled with simple lines, shapes, and colors that hide the complexity under the surface only becoming apparent upon closer inspection.
All of the garments can be worn back-to-front, and some of the designs include an apron-skirt-jacket. These skirts could be worn back-to-front or side-to-front in different locations (e.g., high or right on the waist, and low on the hips), and transformed into a cape, shawl, or a jacket because the folds have hidden openings for arms and hidden pockets.
