Crude design until I can get my camera working. Red is magnet with enough power to pull blue ball up a little. Black around magnet represents dampener to detract magnetic pull except in the gain-space shown. Unbalanced wheel, both sides are truely uneven.

When you build houses with your hands, the houses tend to look like mud-huts or teepees...although still considered a "house," it is nowhere near good-looking as a mansion built with better tools. So yes, I am able to blame the tool considering it was my FIRST thing created in it, just as I can blame my $20 logitech webcam for the other shitty video I recorded. Physics should be a mandatory class in school. There are multiple problems with the whole concept.

Any weight moving around a closed path will do at best zero work and normally will do negative work. The best analog is a roller coaster. There is no fancy track that will change the fact (magnets or not) all the energy gained from the first downhill section will be lost trying to go back up the last hill to start the next lap.

would it work if the balls where of steeland you put in stong magnets in the midle of the wheel so that the balls would move but they would still be atached to the midle of the weel ...?
