I always have a hard time trying to decide who my favorite female Christian recording artist is. One day it might be Christy Nockels, the next day it might be Kim Walker, and the next day it might be Misty Edwards. Right now my favorite is Kari Jobe. This is a majestic song from Kari's new album "Where I Find You" (which I highly recommend). She wrote the song along with Cody Carnes, who also sings harmony vocals here. Hallelujah! Our God saves! When I listen to this song it makes me say "Wow, I'm so glad I'm a Christian!"

I went back and watched my video again, and I really wanted to note the percussion in this song. I'm not a big fan of drums; more often than not they annoy me. But the percussion in this song really caught my attention for some reason. Rather than detract, as drums often do for me, they really enhance this song, perhaps because of the marching pace of the song. Oh, the drummer's name is Paul Mabury, by the way. Thanks, Paul!
