iriver is a respected brand, they dont do knock-offs, the w7 won the best of CES award last year so i doubt that a knock-off would win

well i wouldnt call this an iPhone clone... you dont see a chinese iphone knockoffs at a CES 2008.

I don't see how it looks like the iphone or the P2. It looks more like the iriver clix 2, you you look at some photos of it on the sides, which was what it was probably meant to look like, a clix 2 older brother.
