I know I'm in the minority, but I like this adult/supper club/Vegas-y arrangement of Diana's Supremes hits medley. This is how she sings this tour's medley on her "Live from Caesar's Palace" 1974 album, pretty much w/o background singers. She sounds mature and sexy with this arrangement. Always superb. ;)

You're not in as small a "minority ' as you might think:) These arrangements are more sensual & mature/classic, and they've stood the test of time.
It doesn't get any better than that.
