*NEW RULES* From this point forward I will only approve comments that address the main points of the video. Bugliosi's contradictory statements about conspiracies, the possibility of high level conspiracies, and whether it is possible to keep them a secret. The subject is Bugliosi.

Since Bugliosi is the "man of the hour", as far as WC apologists go, I thought I would post a little background about him. I haven't heard much on the net about this issue and absolutely nothing in the mainstream media, although that doesn't surprise me.

Even though Posner, according to mainstream reporters and even Bugliosi, "ignores or distorts" situations that don't agree with his conclusions Posner got an entire issue of U.S. News & World Report devoted to his book in 1993, along with hours of interview time on television. I guess the press is similarly unconcerned with a flip-flopper, as well as a fact-distorter, as long as they serve to support the WC.

"I have no way of knowing for sure whether or not more than one gun was fired at the [RFK] assassination scene. And I have formed no opinion at this point. What I will say is this: the signed statements given me perhaps can be explained away; but in the absence of a logical explanation, these statements, by simple arithmetic, add up to too many bullets and therefore, the probability of a second gun." -Vincent Bugliosi 1978

In the above statement Bugliosi is essentially saying that there was probably a conspiracy involved in the assassination of Robert Kennedy. He said during the KCOP trial that he presented more evidence that there was a conspiracy than the prosecution argued against one. So all of his talk about "if there was one" or "I've formed no opinion" is ridiculous. He felt so strongly about it that he wanted to reopen the investigation. He entertained ideas of a high level conspiracy. Bugliosi has some serious credibility issues, to say the least.

Here's a link to articles and essays on "Reclaiming History", some by long time researchers of the case (thanks Pat Speer):

An interesting article about the Turner/Christian book that probably wouldn't have been written without Bugliosi's recommendation!:

  • The goon who made this video is a conspiricy theorist. Bugliosi obviously burst his fairy tale that there was a conspiricy, or else he would have never made this video. His book, "Reclaiming History" turned out to be the best reviewed book nation wide of the year, and some of the leading conspiricy theorists in print have said after reading Bugliosi's book, that they no longer believe in a conspiricy.

  • I have no doubt that Bug's book was the best reviewed book of the year, the media has a habit of endorsing books that support the official version. It was the same with Posner's book even though it was admitted by WC Apologists that Posner distorted evidence and testimony.

  • I would be interested to know which "conspiricy [sic] theorists" have rejected their conspiracy views after reading his book. In fact there are several who have written articles criticizing his book. You can find these articles at reclaiminghistory(dot)org. By the way, you might want to stick with calling us "CT's" because you seem to have forgotten how to spell conspiracy.

  • RFK often expressed privately that his brother was murdered by the Miami-based Cuban exile CIA contingent, and that were he elected President he would launch a full-scale investigation. Sirhan was in front of RFK at the time of the shooting, all the shots were fired from behind RFK. Three CIA agents were photographed there, not on official business.

    11-22-1963 was a coup d'etat.

The illusion of American democracy and freedom is created, but authoritarian rule is the reality.

  • Bugliosi has now convinced HBO to produce a 10 part miniseries to "convince" the American Public that there was a lone gunman, not a conspiracy. The series will star Tom Hanks. It will soon be time to kill this lie once and for all. LBJ and Hoover engineered this killing, it's simple and obvious. Too much has been released, it's time for the truth: LBJ did it!

  • @mrright911 wow out of the entire video that's what you have to say? I think Oliver Stone is more of a researcher than you are a listener.

  • Bugliosi did some good work going after the walking Bible, Jerry Owen, in the RFK case. That guy's relationship to Sirhan was never fully investigated.

  • Thanks for posting this info! Didn't know who this nut was previously or why he was propped up by the press so much.

  • The late William Cooper maintained that the decision to assassinate JFK was made at the Bilderburg Group at the Haige. As Cooper had had top secret clearance in his earlier days, he would have been privy to certain facts that the rest of us would have had no chance of confronting. I don't trust Bugliosi on the issue of the JFK assassination; however, the other work throughout his legal and writing career is most impressive.

  • Very good video. It is absolutely ludicrous of Bugliosi to advocate the lone nut fairy tale. The fact he has been exposed as a hypocrite does not surprise me.

  • "...using his views on the RFK assassination! What does THAT have to do with JFK?"

    I've already addressed that, read.

  • Here's something contradictory: in Reclaiming History, he says of Madeline Brown (LBJ mistress) there's little evidence of an affair, but she has a son that looked a lot like him.

  • noo! a LN theorist a hypocrite on jfk?parish the thought
