Day 2 post op gastric bypass at hospital

Thank you all for your wonderful comments and well wishes that you all have been giving me. I didn't have a chance to reply to them all because I have been falling asleep at the computer lol. But I have read them and you guys make my day brighter :)

Dry mouth was the second worst beyond the gas! Or perhaps the constant medical care! Oh, yeah, that was great!

Yay to no leaks! The second day is usually the worst day post anesthetic...just hang in there and it will start to get better soon! And walk walk walk as much as you can tolerate...it gets your circulation going and that will help to speed your recovery! Glad you're doing well. :)

no fair....I didnt get a pain pump!! I had to drink TEN 1oz cups every hour the day after surgery. It was brutal.

Hey babygirl!!! I am so sorry to see you in pain! I hope it goes away soon for you! Just keep thinking this only gets better, let me tell you each day you will feel a little better and be able to do something more. Haha as for falling asleep girl I am still doing that! LMAO Yes, laughing, coughing, sneezing, hiccuping sucks! I am fighting those. Your stomach is not fat! and besides out stomachs won't be big for long, girl! I can't wait till you some home.
