It would be fair to add that you plink the medium strong to upper for those who are having trouble with the link. A lot of people still don't realize that many players use the technique during their combos and thus explaining why great players seem to do impossible things. Still many players don't even know what it means.. It's like an old forgotten secret that new players are just figuring out. Good vid otherwise :-)

You charge down/back and then when you release buffalo you do it up/back so that you'll still have charge for any attack that starts with back charge. If you need to see inputs for it just check the guide at the site.
