HI, This is my awsome vintage 1980's Technics SA-1010 stereo receiver. Sold in 1985 for $850 in the US. Rated 125 Watts per channel. It's not Dolby digital 5.1 but it kicks major ass. Enjoy the video.

  • hey nice music and fat basse.. whats the first music called ? what speakers u have ?

  • you must be young as this is a 90's song called THe Humpty Dance by Digital Underground. If I remember right I was using a set of BIC Loudspeakers with the SA-1010. This video was taken about 5-6 years ago.

  • i use to have the SA1000 technics, 330 watts per channel, i found it in a thrift store in tampa for $75. took two people to carry the monster!

  • $75 for an SA-1000 is a steal. It is well worth 75 even if it don't work LOL. They got for alot on ebay. The SA-1000 was the highest wattage consumer stereo receiver ever offered.

  • The Pioneer SX-1980 was another analog monster at 265WPC.

  • I always thouht it was funny how they had a small tuner dial in the middle. You gotta watch out with the presets with these series they get out of whack.

  • I know whatcha mead this is my second SA-1010 and my first one had the first 3 preset buttons break and they are a B**** to fix.

  • @danocean111213

i would pay a lot of money for that now!

  • I must say..I'm jealous right now. I fondly remember owning this units little brother, an SA310 back when I was in my early teens. My parents would have probably killed me if I had access to this kind of power back in my less responsible years however. :)

  • @murfreebear i'll 2nd that statement - i HAD ONE check my vids!

  • Ah, those wonderful Nashville area radio stations. :)

I have a tuner that is similar to your receiver. It has the IF wide/narrow function on it. Handy for pulling in DX.

  • Gotta love the dimension feature of this receiver. Very effective.

  • un diamante

  • que bonito equipazo

  • love the lights and anailizer thats great

  • Beautiful stereo receiver! Man I miss the 80's! I don't care what anyone says, to me the best stuff was made in the late 70's to early 80's.

  • Beautiful piece! I've found a vintage early 80's technics reciever, its mint but the sound doesnt work. Do you know why? Let me know. Thanks
