  • Thanks for viewing and your comments. Yes I agree, I'm currently working on a couple of methods to improve water speed. I've always liked the VW machine.

  • Thank You for the comments. Steering is 2 ways. One way is only by the rront tire, the other is combination of front tire and "skid steering", which means brake one side and drive the other. Once you turn the handlebars to almost the maximum the skid steering takes over.

  • Hi Ted, Well it did swim a bit, I was expecting a bit more , but I have a few ideas on how to increase speed. See you at Ricks on Saturday.

  • If you had some sort of propultion like on the VW Shwimwagen that puppy would have sreamed out of the water. Cool Machine though

  • Is streering done with front tire or a combo of tracks & tire?  Great vehicle.

  • It looks like you may have been swimming a bit when you first starting floating, but it's hard to tell if the strong wind was just helping.
