@JRRDPR Well, I would hesitate before saying that. Those who knew Pre in real life like Billy Crudup's portrayal much better than Leto's. For instance, Mary Marckx, his girlfriend, Kenny Moore, and Frank Shorter, the man who finished second to Pre the day Pre died. Plenty of non A list actors are fantastic and plenty of A listers are terrible. For instance, Kristen Stewart is famous, but her acting is horrid.

guys =) in Russia EVERY actor is working in theater. Movies and TV are secondary. No one of film actor could have no experience on stage here. So strange for me that in Europe and US to see a movie star on stage is something special. Very ordinary thing in Russia.

I don't think jared's acting is any better than billys. They are about the same level of talent IMO.
But some great famous actors are Christopher walken, viggo mortenson, rob morrow, morgan freeman, etc.
Otherwise most of the best actors are on stage, and even the best film actors have stage experience.
