(I sort of did a count in my head and it's ISN'T even close - there MAYBE 1 out of 20 magazines with a "person of color" on the front - I think it is somewhat amusing to refer to white people are "colorless people", even though they obviously aren't - so yes, there DO need to be a lot more non-white people on covers of magazines.)

@shmuli9 It's not as simple as your projecting it to be. It's not just about population.If we are going to be represented by how many of us are in America then there should be more white killers on television then blacks but it's about equal.

Here's your theory:

Caucasian Americans make up 60% of population (and decreasing) so therefore 40% are of color, so then 5 out of the 12 issues of vogue they put out should have 5 people of color on the cover. Do we see that NOT EVEN CLOSE.
