@FckOffification Thats the only way I eat it. But you'd have to add a bit more sugar to even out the sweet/sour taste and it's deliciouss!

sorry im cannot understant what kind of chili did you put in the recipe, that you say its optional? im wonder because i love all spicy chili so i wannt to try this chili :)

this is what I always order in thai express... it doesnt have sprouts though :P and uses this thick noodle i think its rice noodle but oh wells THIS THING IS AMAZING I LOVE IT!~!!!!

Great recipe Kai! I used this to make pad thai for the first time the other day and I think that your recipe for the sauce tastes more like the restaurants version than the paid thai sauce that comes in a jar. The noodles I made were yummy and it cost me less to make the sauce than it did for me to buy a jar of pad thai sauce since I already have the ingredients at home. By making the sauce myself, I can make as much as I want and not be afraid that I will not have enough sauce to go around.
