Tivo sucks in all ways, you need to pay them? Non transferrable registration, therefore zero resale value. I went with FTA DVR by viewsat PVR 7000 eat my dust. Buy my tivo on google base.

Just ask your cable company to give you subscription to Akeebo TV. Your current set-top box is already compatible.

There is no way your crushes would appear on the screen. For a matter of fact: ALT+F4 is a keyboard shortcut to close the current window. People will press it over and over again because the crushes wont appear. If you press the combination too many times all the windows will close and any unsaved data is lost.
Thankfully I know these short cuts and I wasn't harmed. So people DONT DO IT. And to correct your mistake: "It's not a chain letter!" IT IS!

That TiVo interface is so old!
