It works, i just tested myself with grape and chips ,amazing:D but the sad thing is that i still had some chips after...but it really works:) ps: i didnt program my crystal just used my rose guartz!

I feel like quartz crystals give me the strongest most accurate results, but I've used all different kinds of rocks and even the nut from a bolt threaded on curtain cord.

Have loads of crystals here.
Do you program the crystal first? And do you clean it ragulair.

Erik- my crystal seemed to know what to do from the beginning so I didn't have to train it. It does take practice though to get comfortable with the process. For cleaning you can put it outside overnight in the full moon, according to my ND. Good luck!
