reason why peta stupid 1. instead of trying to get people to eat less meat they want the to be vegan when is unrealistic 2. they hating on game to get atttention which end making them look dumb 3. although they hate fast food because the sources thatit come from are cruel to animal they do commercial about vegan in which one person became vegan and last almost 96 percent of animal they save get killed

This whole Peta vs Tanooki Mario is pathetic. It's obvious that the peta members in charge of this crap don't understand the concept of Mario's "powers" while wearing the suit. He's not prancing around trying to become famous by showing off his suit, last i check he was flying and stomping on those brown looking things (sorry don't remember their names at the moment) and saving a princess. He becomes more apart of the animal when he wears the suit.

i am a vegetarian for ages, i am a peta memeber for ages too AAAND i love videogames since i was a kid. i totally enjoy mario 3d land. at the same time i think it is a great campaign from peta. i do not think that in this case you must boycott the game. it is a great campaign to get peoples attention and make them think about animal cruelty. well done peta.

If you call pork "dead pig" and someone says "mmmm" I'm fine with that. If they say "eeew! don't call it that!" it annoys me. People with their fingers in their ears going "lalalalala" bother me regardless of the issue.

@TheGzeus that first reason i find absolutely no flaw with. i honestly wish more people whom make dietary choices would just be honest if they don't like eating animal products by saying "i just don't like eating it."

but, sadly, i've met too many vegetarians and vegans that use their lifestyle choise as a blunt instrument to elevate their egos... which is just sad when you really think about it.

I stopped eating/buying animal products because raising an animal on food you could simply eat yourself (actually, land is the issue but blah) is just silly.

The whole suffering equation is a side-note. Yes, insects/other are killed in all farming. More are killed thus when animals are farmed. Your research was flawed.

Quitting meat was a big decision. I only make those after research.
