i agree. i have my engine brake set at 3 with a empty trailer the thing barely slows me down. with 49,000 load faaagetaboutitt. the thing is worthless. coupled with the maxxforce engine. this truck is a nightmare. i want my old detroit back

My dad had drove a 2010 International Prostar Eagle for a company he likes working with. it had a maxxforce 13 and very weak engine brake that is not effective when going downhill! it didn't even pull the hills at all! the engine brake was effective as a bobtail. he doesn't drive it anymore and it has 120,000 miles now and now pulls the hills.
