@dragonstormx Yeah, got that right. Pretty much, people get scared, then it becomes an us vs. them mentality. As we saw in the Initiative, the only way they knew how to deal with them was by putting them in an army. Sure, keeping track of the ones that can cause mass damage may not be a bad idea, but then you turn a girl who can fly on a cloud into a trained killer. Or someone snaps and plans a massive coup because they feel threatened.

Yeah, government controlling the superhumans would just mean they become the army, and some of the more recent chapters went into how nasty the Naruto's world superhuman arms race got.

@dragonstormx Yeah, that's kinda why it would have failed LOL But I stand by that the Naruto Universe is a good example of both the pros and the cons of SHRA.

Do we even know what Tony wanted, I heard no of the writers could agree on what the Registration act entailed and varied simply having to reveal one's secret identity to being a draft.

From what I've heard, the only good thing happened in this comic was a fight between Hercules and a clone of the Thor, which ended Hercules bashing the clone's head and mocked it saying "Thou arn't Thor."
