I got a little question for you. You say you've been your heaviest and your lightest while eating raw food. I eat raw and I'm getting too thin lately. How do you put on weight?

You inspired me to get a labeller today! (65% off at Staples, conveniently enough -- thank goodness for holiday sales.) Time to get the bulk goodies organized! Cheers, Karen!

Awesome idea!!! to save some cash you can also:
-put clear tape over the specific area of the jar/container that you want to place your label (make sure the taped area is larger than your label
-put your label on top of the tape
-put a second layer of clear tape over the label and first layer of clear tape
:)

Yes, we found out after filming that my mike wasn't working. So I have to film the whole lot all over again : ( Thought it worth uploading in the meantime.

thanks for sharing Karen. nice machine and organized !! This hasn't been necessary for me. Most things seem to last long enough to make it into my mouth! All the while, I appreciate your video, and enjoyed the video about flying with OG Raw food. Definitely key, as there's not a good option traveling abroad currently. At least not on AA flights...hopefully soon, they'll start providing us with some raw goodies, making it easier for our travels... eh?
Another great video Karen.Thanks ~Mico & Coco

AA are not good but BA is "not bad" for catering raw foodies. They serve a "fruit plate" - it's not really, it's a small bowl of fresh fruit and a small bowl of salad and a bread roll and a "banana cake" - highly processed! But it's better than nothing ; )
