G20 London Youth Fight for Jobs - Socialist Party

www.youthfightforjobs.com The Youth Fight for Jobs campaign is taking up the issue of job losses and the lack of jobs for young people. The campaign was launched through a March for Jobs, in the tradition of the Jarrow Marchers, to the G20 on 2 April. Unemployed youth, young workers, graduates, school leavers and more marched past 4 of the poorest boroughs in London, assembling outside the London Assembly building on Tooley Street a, marched past the Bank of England, past Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Newham.

this march will not create one single job and apart from giving those involved a sense of togetherness for the duration of the march is pointless. Upskill and retrain in sectors that have a long term future in the economy that you are based in and keep your eyes open for changes in the market and act accordingly
