  • To me sounds like a compressor, if you play with EMG's pick ups, you don't really need this pedal

  • @CaptAntiGravity I like your name CaptAntiGravity! :D & thanks!

  • @Antilevitation hey brother "Antilevitation" responding to your question (if you're still around) it will actually wakesup your over all tone & harmonics and will tend to make you turn your Volume down abit as you are able to hear all the essence & punchiness on every note, phrases & chords without having to cram all the incoherent soundpressure into your brain!!Ha!!TakeCare

  • @CaptAntiGravity

right on, i just plugged one in from my Boss GT-10 into my Randall 1/4 stacks, and it made those Randalls seem like a whole new amp, amazing...I love the sound of tube amps. but if you want your SS to sound amazing, try one of these things...

now you know not to visit this video again, lucky us...

  • I REALLY hate it when a review video has 3:30 worth of chatty gibberish in the beginning. I wanna hear the pedal, not you talking.

  • The "BBE Sonic Stomp" Maximizer unit really makes a Big difference in most anybody's guitar rig or effects pedal board!!Period!!I have found that it feels & sounds best to set your "Contour" to (#10) & "Process" to (#8) or (#9) as this gives your Chords & Notes & Phrases amazing Punchiness & Clarity that is next to impossible to get without it!!Believe me...you will become accustomed to hearing & feeling this "Patented" Circuitry everytime you plug in your guitar or BASS sounds Amazing too!!!

  • Hello my guitar brothers, i have the unit that's in this Video & I also purchased an "BBE Sonic Stomp Acoustimax" Unit for acoustic guitars on the same day..and let me tell you folks... all the Studio Sound Engineer's that have tweaked all my EQ frequencies actually love this "BBE AcoustiMax Unit" as you can readily "Dial in" those hard to reach frequencies without messing with your main EQ setUp and get awesome punchy presence!!!Enjoy your Music!!!

  • wow big difference! very subtle but in a good way.
