it doesnt delete all the stuff in the search bar up top and too the right, and ive tried downloading programs to wipe it, but it stays there

@NangaRep16 Try looking for any saved "Favorites". No program will delete those. And Favorites will always show up in the history. You must delete each individual Favorite site manually, 1 by 1.

I notice that when I perform the RUN command in START then enter: C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\
A window opens up showing that I still have cookies. Some of them don't seem to want to delete.
For example: cookie:hp_administrator@filedownload.att refuses to delete. How do I get rid of this & other undeleteable cookies?

@willia3r The best and most thorough way I have found to delete all cookies and any Internet traces is by using a free program called CCleaner. I created a tutorial within my channel that shows you how to use it.
The tutorial is called, "How-To Delete All Your Internet Browser Tracks (History, Cookies, Cache, DNS Cache, Form Data)".
