These push ups focus on the chest and strengthen the fingers. Push ups with 2 fingers and 2 thumbs, alternating from thumbs and pinky all the way to thumbs and index fingers non stop!

  • To train for the fingers handstand push up against the wall. First of all you gotta have a good core. Be able to do fingers push ups with your thumbs and index from 10 to 20 push ups. Then you put yourself in a handstand position against the wall using all ten finger tips and try to do a few handstand push ups using your fingers...then when your fingers get stronger, you do the same thing but each time take one finger each hand away start from your baby fingers, then ring fingers then middle...

  • Hello everyone. Thanks for all the great comments and suggestions. No you don't have to be asian to be as good as I am. Does not matter what your race is, you can always be the best you can be at something if you have the passion for it and the desire as the fuel to drive toward your destination. Be sure to enjoy the journey along the way, because it is a long road ahead... Have a blast everyone!

  • it's nothing... he's asian, he's born to do that ;)

  • y use fingers? i did it with my dick

  • Sacrifice my fingers to have a muscled chest?! If he does that exercise often I would be counting with serious problems in those joints.

  • @NMWMN NMW, if a girl is so calloused up and lacking in sensitivity that you need to use your full strength to get her to feel it properly, I think she might do well to take a break, scrub off some grime, let some dead skin fall off, etc.

  • @assassin9783 Finger push ups can basically do both. Exercise in general can strengthen muscles, but if people get injured, injuries cause inflammation, and inflammation is a major cause of joint pain aka arthritis and immobility.

So likely when people get stuff like this from whatever exercise, it's probably because too much was done too fast, or there wasn't proper recovery (massage, sleep, nutrition, etc).

  • damn noob put ur ass down

  • its all good man

  • @juneconners You might want to read the whole sentence before you criticize someone. The guy up there say those push up were done incorrectly, and i asked him to show me a vid of someone doing the push up properly. Nothing against the guy that was doing push up in the vid.
