I purchased my 30 x60 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom mobile home for cheap gutted it, from Wallside double pain windows, new HVAC, decking, ceramic tiling, jetted garden tub ( 5 piece master bathroom) and trust me the market doesn't make it worth your wild to sink a ton of cash into a mobile home unless it is on private property.

Fix it up you will get more money, paint is cheap. Woman are very fussy with houses.

I would paint all the walls white, replace all the flooring with tile and carpet, put on new vinyl siding, new windows, lights, ceiling fans, black stove, dishwasher, fridge, wash machine and dryer, then it would be awesome.

I would take it but i would texture all of the walls and then paint them white, Replace all of the flooring with wood laminate, Paint the out side and redo the cabinet and then it would be nice!!!
