Aw! Rio is darling, I love her voice she is such a girl :) I think my Bowie would totally love her :p love how she scurries around her playgym. She's lookin for food in her bowl!

@bigfurrypawz hey this is charlie. as long as her bird is more than two years old than you will see the ring develope if its male, if her is older than 2 then for sure this is a female since the ring is not black. in the blue breed they get black rings around the neck. You will notice females do have a hint of a ring but will almost never have any color at all. my lutino female has a hint of pink on her ring. hope this was helpful to all who reads

@loveofeathers Sorry to ask you but, do you have nets on your windows? Do you clip her wings? Im planning on buying one and I wanted to know those things :D

@TheRafield Hi, I do not have nets on the windows. Her wings were clipped when I got her and they are starting to grow back, I am not going to clip them when they grow in. Good luck with your new ringneck and thanks for watching.

@TheRafield Yes I am aware that she will fly and I can't wait until she can fly to me. She just started flying a few days ago. I don't leave my windows open and all my birds are flighted, with no problems. I do have screens on my windows, if that is what you mean.
