I always have arms going down the leg and I wrap the leg. I use a strait arm on the leg and I am raking the ankle tward me as I drive. If my openent tried to hop the arm or tun in I generally run him over.
Sinking the elbow is old technique. Raking the ankle and driving is better and more common at high levels.
