add this line to the shortcut without the quotes. Keep in mind that this is CASE SENSITIVE "EnablePhysX=false" it should looks something like this. example:"C:\Programs\Cell Factor\CellFactor.exe EnablePhysX=false". Be sure to disable The cloth effects via the game menu or you will get horrible slowdown.

it works with a little tweak... and without physx card i had about 30-60 fps... so far, a physx card isnt required at all...

it was 50% fraps and 50% lag :P it was on 1600x1200 an highest details, for sure i had lags :)
