Even an egg dish have many style of cuisine,that's Japan.How come the people criticize japanese whaing without knowing it?

I think when people mention (like myself) that their country "has that too" they're just a bit excited that their country has something similar to Japan. And they're excited because, usually if they're on this channel, they have a large interest in Japan and Japans culture.

It's kind of like getting excited when you go to a new friends house, one you've never visited at home before, and notice a lot of similarities between you two. Like the same TV, same games, same oven, same dish sets, etc...

Might be hard for a vegetarian like myself to live and eat there especially not being able to read the language. I have caught some of the words, and know what they are saying sometimes, but thats not helpful either

In Japan, Salmonella poisoning occur very rarely or never. NORO-virus and E-Coli bug hit some times. Producers, shippers, markets, restaurants, or cooking facilities for mass, they are all very careful. If those bugs hit the diners, their business often will be lost. Regulations and inspection are protecting the consumers pretty well. Just one extra note: Wasabi is tasty accent, but also the germ killing agent. You never hear Sushi poisoning.
