KILLER MMA KETTLEBELL WORKOUT
Get free MMA Workout vids at http://www.funkmma.com

Using Kettlebells to ramp up muscular endurance is perfect for killer MMA battles. Doing high rep sets of Kettlebell swings, snatches, and cleans is a great way to build strength, burn fat and increase your conditioning.

With Vol. 3, you are going to use interval training, switching between skipping and Kettlebell exercises. Each interval is one minute (1:1) - that's one minute skipping followed by one minute of the Kettlebell exercise - the skipping is counted as your active rest between the Kettlebell sets, but you will soon find out that it still hits your cardiovascular endurance.

  • @scandapoodle idk but them Persians had a homosexual looking dude n 300

  • @Mepoole89

not really as the spartans had homosexual sex when they "worked out". not that it is anything wrong with that but they were the most gay culture ever in history.

  • Is this considered a sparta work out? Do you do 3 sets? or just the 20 min workout?

  • Beast.

  • @Jonth93 No prob.Thats just a description in a nutshell. From my own personal experience and research.I like using timers so my rest periods arent too long.or my workouts.2hr marathon sessions in the gym or whatever arent necessary. You wont have that excuse that you dont have enough time to fit a workout in your busy day. 1 good Kettlebell(s) give you an intense workout in a short amnt of time and can replace a large number of different pieces of equipment. Call it a hand held gym!

  • @bladesaint21 oh, thanks!

  • @Jonth93 The overhead presses swinging up from the ground engage nearly the whole body,(Legs, hips, back, abs and shoulder,bi's and triceps) the constant repetition also trains your endurance/fat burning at the same time not to mention your mental will. You would be quite tempted to quit before finishing your minute.Traditional wieght training sculps your specific vanity/beach muscles for looking good.Kettlebells train strength/ endurance/performance to be stronger than you look.

  • i see these workouts everywhere for mma, may i ask, what are they good for, what muscles do they workout?

  • Awesome can't wait to add this to the mix

  • I like this Urban Madness Track . Good Workout bro . Ireland
