Paypal has removed money from my account because a foreign buyer in Sweden says they haven't received their item. During this investigation, I have a -$350.00 balance. Postal tracking only tracks to the location the item left the states. This is ridiculous. No one knows where the item is. Post office is conducting an 18 day investigation for the package. Anyone else experience this?

first of all why would paypal have to take money from you? I have been using it for 8 plus years???? they have never tried to take from me? fees yes, lots of them, but thats it.

The way around the checking acct is open a SECOND checking acct and only keep $10 in it and use that for all ebay transaction funding and then take your paypal cash out of the ATM or into that second acct
