A video dedicated to the men and women of the 103rd Fighter Squadron, 111th Fighter Wing of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. The 111th FW's mission is close air support and forward air control using their A-10/OA-10 aircraft. The "Fightin' 103rd" are based out of NAS JRB Willow Grove. Video is from Willow Grove, Warren Grove and Bollen Ranges. Set to the Foo Fighters "My Hero".

Hey buddy don't go freaking out about things until you know what your actually talking about, they are our original A-10s that we are losing now, so don't think your the only one. and oh yea at least you have a base we are losing our C-9s C-130s A-10s C-12s and CH-53s

is there a special place o go to see these a-10's directions, time of day, i live near indiantown gap, and hear them all the ime, but would like to see a little closer up?

Awesome Video!!!! It been sometime since i seen that runway. My Father retired in 2003 from Willow Grove after 33 years, His twin Brother still serves and is approaching 40 years! Glad to see there service is appreciated...My uncle left for the middle east Sunday 7/27/08

philly hawgs? i liked the flying yankees better. this sucks. i grew up with those guyz up here and now they got moved 2 philly? the gov't blows! now we got nuthin but these giant c-27's...

They did not get 'moved' to philly. They have had their own A-10s for quite some time now. The CT ANG A-10s were sent to other A-10units in the USAF, like Ft. Smith, Boise, Maryland, etc.

Well Done, i was just at Willow Grove yesterday, watching the Uglies, i would hate to see em go, ive heard many rumors like they could get f-15s or some other fighter if they lose there A-10s, I just hope the future of Willow Grove has somthing in the base already seems pretty quiet except for the A-10s.

Unfortunatley it seems unlikely they'll get another flying mission, but I really hope they do.

One day, I was podded as I drove home on the PA Turnpike. They friggin' podded the heck out of me. I was like, wow, they podded me.
