Is this video the same steps as for the Atrix 2? if not, is there going to be a video for that phone?

@cozmanx We are unsure, we have not yet had a chance to repair an Atrix 2. The steps should be similar, as Motorola does normally keep to this basic format.

@i3536 Yes, the adhesive would be used to provide a good seat for the digitizer on the front housing. All of our replacements for the Atrix are exact replacements, meaning they are gorilla glass. Just like the original.

@i3536 If the display is fine and it is just the outer glass that is cracked you will need to replace the touch screen digitizer. There is only one version used on the Atrix and it can be found at RepairsUniverse (dot) com.

is there a way that you can tell if you need to replace your LCD Screen if the glass covering it is cracked? Of do you just need a new digitizer (which is the glass cover for the LCD screen)? And where is a good spot to buy the digitizer or glass covering for the Atrix, and is there only one version of it?

@razor0005 I would suggest checking the connection first. If the connection appears fully in place - then replace.
