Craig Lambert tells his "disc" story.

"Lambo" was diagnosed with a herniated disc causing radiating pain all the way down his leg. When physical therapy, epidural injections and acupuncture didn't resolve the condition surgery was recommended.

He found his way in before that however and his condition has since been resolved. What was it really? A spasm pattern running the length of his leg.

It is completely understandable. The way we're taught to feel muscles, nothing sticks out. When treated correctly, Lambo came to feel exactly what his problem was.

  • What you describe is what I have. I have seen the MRIs , I have L5 & S1 herniated. Butt/Hip & Leg pain. P/T didnt work/Meds wear off too soon/Injection is next 4 me. So........What did this guy 'actually DO' for you? Are you better now? Please help, Im in PAIN! Herb

  • yes, he's fine. seen him once in the last year.

sorry, just noticed your comment. I used to be notified by email when someone commented.

  • no sir. the disc is IRRELEVANT. it is an innocent bystander that looks guilty and been taking the blame for a crime it did not commit. check out "sciatica, disc, cauda equina" video for furher education.

  • I may have a similar condition--Disc pressure on sciatic nerve, BUT, as you mentioned for yourself, I have a concentrated area of pain/disconfort in my gluteus (butt) muscle on that side (pain is all on the left side in my case).

I know surgery ain't the answer.

  • fixing first case who caught my videos on utube. low back pain radiating down leg, numbness, tingling, couldn't feel foot. life stopped in it's tracks, couldn't sit, walk. had been lying on floor 7 weeks straight. 2 md's and a chiro called it a disc / sciatica.

not an easy case, we're probably 5-6 weeks in, lots of hard work. not 100% yet, but well on the way, she's back to walking, sitting, driving, working, numbness gone. will get her video up in near future.

  • This video fails to mention the severe medical events associated with epidural steroid injections. There are no steroids that are FDA approved for epidural use, none!Google Arachnoiditis,be warned!

  • When a disc is injured, the muscles react. The guy has a disc problem; at the same time, the muscles in his buttocks reacted to the pain.
