Toyota owns a little more than 15 percent of Fuji Heavy which owns Subaru. So not exactly sister brands but kinda of there.

Toyota is to blame for the similar design. They are the major shareholders of Fuji (Subaru) and Toyota made the decision. And the Engine is ALL Subaru.
I'll stick to my AWD STi.......unless the BRZ STi has 350 or 375 HP????

I'm going with Toyota, they thought of the ft-86 before Subaru n them started working together. They then came out with the gt-86 n BrZ n the other one with scion.... I wonder if Lexus is going to make a similar one?
