Herrel was convicted. Cryer just proved it was not 'wilfull', he still owes over$1.4 million. Not a single person has gotten out of paying taxes using those guys lame excuses.

@RetSquid First of all Whitey Harrell and Tom Cryer have been acquitted Bill Benson and others were railroaded by this unjust justice system we have in America.If you're so smart you would recognize if they allowed everybody to be acquitted nobody would pay taxes then millions of dollars the US depends on would be lost.Secondly I'm not gonna go back and forth with you PNWScout shut you down years ago. The IRS, in different forms, has been around longer than the 16th amendment.

I guess it was money well spent....for the guy getting the money and telling them this B.S. No State or court in the U.S. agrees with the idea that the 16th was not ratified. So, legally he is wrong and it was ratified.
