  • The golden age of racing, never to be repeated & never to be forgotten!!

  • Modern muscle, while being some seriously-engineered vehicles, are paper champions. They're as boring & bland are driving gets, and make 20 y/o's think they're heroes. Steering-wheel attendants, in a retail car. Modern cars have a place in my memories, but 70's muscle will always be my daily driver. That's Driving! I'm only in my early 30's, but I was brought-up right ;)

  • 1975 torana was an L34 also

  • Now they were cars that you really drove, no bloody computers or anything to assist them at all. That was real driving on the seat of your pants.

There is a great DVD you can buy called "40 years of Bathurst".

  • @Sodiumreactor

what about tha TORANAS man shit, fuck that ford pony shit! go the general Motors 308 in a small sedan mate and go sideways everywhere you go ! its allabout ballsout fun dude get a torana into ya!

  • man those holdens are sweet!

  • Fantastic.....;.but why ruin it with a music overlay?????, the sound of those muscle cars is all the music you need!!!!!!!!

  • @Sodiumreactor I'm with you, don't know how you couldn't love the sounds/sight of these cars. Good sound track too.. Re XA GT Falcon, for a coupe expect to pay anywhere from $60 000 to over $100 000AUD. Maybe we could help each other out...I'm looking to import a 1970 Boss 302 project car from the USA. If you keep an eye out for one of those I'll keep an eye out for an XA ;)
