@magicmoonlight87 it is a little 9 year old girl , a fan of miley's, and miley met her when she was on her "best of both worlds" tour. This little girl had cancer, and her wish was to meet miley before she dies, so miley went and met her. even though it was just suppost to be a little meet and greet, they became best friends. Miley was supporting her and was with her for months, and grew so close to her, they became best friends. she was fighting with her through her cancer.. but then she died.
