The bell rings, letting the conductor on the 7 Train know when she should close the doors on the train to leave Times Square-42nd Street to go to Flushing-Main Street in Queens. The train is an 11 car set of R62's. If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me. Comments are welcome. The video was taken on May 15th, 2008

  • Can't believe they're extending the 7 Line, it's already crowded enough as is...

  • @chrissun86 not all are automated

  • @chrissun86 - It's only on the newer trains.

  • the conductors on the subways are really welcoming

  • Why does she have to make an announcement when all door closing annoucements are automated.

  • If you closely look at 0:18, you can see that about 2 people just missed the train. At 0:28, she quietly laughs about.

  • Whenever I am too close to a terminal bell and it rings, I jump.

  • Wow... the 2nd to first & rear car in the 1806 set HOWL! nice!

You're lucky that you got a nice conductor, most conductors will just yell at you for taking pics.

  • Request to stand clear is here by denied

  • I want to go to New York and ride the R160 train.
