This week's Communicators takes a look at technology and telecommunications policy from the perspective of an academic and a business consultant. William Lehr, a researcher of the Communications Futures Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) gives his perspective of the impact of regulatory policy and the government bodies that make regulation. Also, Larry Downes, a business consultant and CNET columnist looks at how the internet has changed (and is changing) the corporate world. This program was recorded at the "State of the Net" conference sponsored by the Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee.
