Hi , unfortunately I didnt take a video of the dictaphone as I had bought it , however , there are some photos . As you will see the unit is rusty , tired looking , and in need of a lot of work . To remove the rust , I have discovered recently that Phosphoric Acid is great for restorations , where it is not agressive . It is a bit stronger say than Lemon juice or battery acid on a open cut . it is also a great cleaner , where I have used on Bakelite knobs in particular , hard to get out places . Metal parts where buffed , where the nickle plate and Chrome , came up like new . Lanolin grease was used for the motor , as with Lanolin Oil for moving parts . Parts that where replaced where , new leather belt , new gaskets cut for the reproducer , new bob weight for the speed control , new power cord ''repo" , new bakelite junction box. Bowden wire replaced. Labour wise was intense , as a lot of adjusting , cleaning parts and reoiling , and just getting moving parts free
