IThe third time after fiddling around with it, I still has no sound or picture and it starts up almost exactly like when it worked. Please help me, I've been working on it all day and night trying to make it work, I looked at video's manuals, and I don't know what's wrong.

Guys I have a problem...

I tried to install the EVGA 9800 GT Geforce graphics card a long with the Antec Truepower 550 Watt power supply. When I first turned on my computer it made this beeeeeeeeeeeeep noise, and at one point smoke was starting to come out of the computer but I immediately shut it off, and wouldn't appear on my monitor, but my CD drive still worked. I fiddled around with it and the second time it started up fine, but I still had no sound or picture.
