Pokemon Soul Silver Lugia Glitch

This is a glitch that i found on the game "POKEMON SOUL SILVER" uhhh the Lugia had Black And Yellow bars around him and iwas able to catch him TWO!!!!!!!!! times and i would be willing to trade the other lugia for something else just tell me what u want to trade me then after a while i will check and see who wis the lugia!!!!!!!! here is the proof vid right here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2AIhIrDln0

BTW I found a real glitch while playing pokemon soul silver, I got my pokemon then talked to professer oak (at Mr.pokemons house) and he gave me a level 5 shiny charmander... odd
