Today at work I got to lift that very car 4 feet in the air using my forklift, a good day at work.

He was a great rally driver and I really wish I had watched him win.
Shame he passed away at a young age. It was terrible.

What a brilliant driver. Shame I was not following rallying then. The WRC is not as intresting now I don't feel. I love the British Championships which are running a lot of these cars of yesteryear.

l555 bat in the video here is definately a darker blue than l555 bat on the stand at rally day... has it been sprayed?

Colin was really nice about signing the car, even though he had had a busy day on the track at castle combe
I cut this vid together from some old VHS tapes I had of the 1995 rally season.. put the music on myself as the BBC used it....
Love my car to bits too, makes me smile every time I drive it...
