Rude to my wife and kid for not ordering right. We had just moved to Findlay. Well I never will go back or recommend it. FIVE GUYS is ten times better. I'll take my money to places that care about customer service. Burgers there are over rated.

I guess i never realized they had an ordering system. Growing up in Findlay, and going to Wilson's was always fun. I always got the same thing, so ordering wasn't hard maybe that is why i never realized they had a system. I am glad they stayed small town, mom and pop. All the other food chains are boring!

When it actually came down to the ordering, I wish you would have slowed down and maybe used some visual text. There was so much buildup to the ordering process and then the sound dropped and it was hard to hear...basically a disappointment because I still don't exactly know.

@ndgh209 The take credit cards now, and I don't know why there is a system, but you can order a cheeseburger plain, just say "One, with" and then when they ask what you want on it say plain.

They are under new managment, and you would be surprised at the many nice improvements in cleanliness, and order options.

I didn't care about the burger bit. If I ever go there (which I incredibly highly doubt) I'll work it out for myself. ANYWAY! My surname is Findlay and I'm not sure if it was the accent, but she was saying it wrong. It's pronounced find-lAy. Not find-leey. It's obviously an a. She was saying the find bit just fine, but where'd she get findleey? It's like 'why won't my chicken LAY an egg?'. I know I sound like a bitch, I just find it annoying.
Also, Findlay is in Ohio. Lima is in Ohio and that's

@SamiFindYou Thank you for your interest in our area! As goofy as it may sound, the city of Findlay actually IS pronounced "Find-lee" (kind of like how the folks of Versailles, KY and other areas have their own ways of pronouncing their name). Great last name, though. Be sure to look us up if you end up coming into town. Maybe you'll find some long-lost relatives : )
