I got a loan of this particular make Peach Star Binder 21 from a friend. It doesn't seem to allow me to put the sheets in far enough with the result that I don't get a correct hole punch. I tried four sheets at a time down to just one and get the same result. Do these binders need servicing or do they have a life span? Thanks

Dude! Thanks for the great presentation on how to use this binder. The instructions included in the peach binder are crap! Your youtube presentation saved the day... :) I had no idea what to to with what reading the instructions... I tried 4 times but gave up and looked after something on youtube. Some might think I am hard to learn, but in this fast pacing world we dont have time to follow crappy instructions (they cant even put in a simple illustration!). Thanks again. greatins from norway
