"Easy as Pie" by Random Eyes

Random Eyes perform "Easy as Pie" at the Rock and Roll Camp for Girls Showcase at the Wonder Ballroom in Portland, Or on August 9, 2008.

"Easy as Pie"
I'm walking down the street
Thinking of things that are easy
Shooting basketballs into a hoop
Kicking a soccer ball into a goal
Playing the piano
Runnin' around the block
Drawing with chalk
And falling down on the floor!

It's easy as pie to live the way I live
It's easy as pie to do the things I do
But I know you can be your own you
Because it's easy as pie!

I think you know what you're doing when you ask me
But you've got to be your own you!


The camp is for girls 8 to 18 years of age. No knowledge of a musical instrument is needed to attend.

From the camp literature:
The camp provides an atmosphere where campers can challenge the limiting myths about music and gender that conspire to make girls afraid to speak up, sing out and be heard. We give girls and women tools to abolish the obsolete assumptions that restrict their participation in musical expression.

This camp truly does ROCK!!!
