I'm not siding with Haggard with what he did, but you cannot allow yourselves to think that Haggard represents all Christians, let alone all Christian pastors. I never signed up for that! Anyways...don't let one or a few scandals ruin your view of God and throw Him out the window. I would never throw god out the window because I do not believe in any "GODS". To different degrees all religious organizations use fear and persicution to control others.  Reality and common sense do not seem to make much difference in decisions the churches make.

Christianity is not Christianity anymore. It's a right-wing political cult that appeals to people's fear of our changing world. Real Christians do not fear or shun anyone that is different than they are. This born-again sect of Christianity is a dangerous construct of wealthy conservative politicians that want to wipe out or persecute those that are different.

Ok, I am of an other opinion, why don't you legalise polygami in your country too, otherwise it's a kind of discremination. Or if u can in a medichal way see that it doesn't hurt an animal (psychologicaly too), legalise animal sex too. Why not - we wouldn't want to deprive anyone from their plessures? If you really stand for the things you say above, the other things also mentioned should also be alowed.
