I live in Saginaw and I don't think I've ever been to Ann Arbor but I know what you mean. I can't stand yuppies. My friend went to school in AA too and lived there for about 5 years. He kind of turned out that way too.

I went to school in AA, lived there my whole life, raised kids, owned a home, which I was taxed out of due to those f-ing lefty liberal yuppie POS. Yes, Ann Arbor is a bubble greatly removed from reality. Ann Arbor of today is NOT anything like it was even 10 years ago. This old stomping ground of mine (Pete's) has sadly been a vagrants drinking and pissing hole for years.

Either your memory of Ann Arbor isn't as good as you think it is, or you have a misunderstanding of the definition of yuppie. Do you mean hippies?

no, i mean yuppie. although, i met a couple yuppie hippies too. you know the kind, poser hippies...not real hippies--just affluent yuppies with dreads and bad hygiene who asked their parents for weed money.

sounds like hippies to me. Stop being daft, retarded and stupid at the same time. And we're so removed from reality, your little closed circle called a mind can't take in someone elses opinion? Fuck off.
