Shabir Ally is president of the Islamic Information and Dawah Centre International in Toronto and is a speaker and debater of rising prominence. He is currently working towards his Ph.D. in Quranic Exegesis at the University of Toronto in Canada.

Bible is not select and pick verses. You like to pick only some verses which you think suitable for Quran. For example , you pick my father is greater than I and then tells that look, Jesus is not God ...But forgetting the important thing that Jesus is comparing himself with God, which no other prophet themselves dares to do so. Bible is not a book, which said things plainly but figuratively.So picking verses, will leads your path diverted and may led to doom.

@GARYWERSLEY angels are talked about in bible from genesis to revelation , the bible has a list of kings and kingdoms more extensive than most history books you can find , read 1 kings and 2 kings , plus daniel lists the world empires from babylon to now , historical events outside bible just confirm that the bible is historically accurate , romans documented everything they did , jesus crucifixion was documented by them as well as his trials and other notes on him by king herod.

@mrlukenukem88 Angels do not xist.never did.Belief in angels is delusion.You refer to Pauls letters&Peter.Paul was writing bfore any of the gospels as we know them was written.Which gospel was he refering to?It is not known who the writer of Peter was.It is thought that Peter,like Angel Gabriel & Jesus,never actualy xisted.The Bible is not a record of historical events.It is religeous literature shaped by ideological and political factors.This can result in a biased account.Same with Holy Koran.

@ShawnSwander You what talking to, all what im saying is I believe what you ShawnSwander tell me than what someone tells me about you. so what John, paul etc. say about Jesus some maybe true, some maybe also misunderstood, but what the master say about himself should be taking for granted. for exam: my father is greater than i, my father is greater than all, the servant is not greater than his master, the lords prayer etc.those words should be consider more than the words of others about him...

The Host first says that he is a Atheist and few seconds later he claims to be a Christian?

@julio14335 Thanks for posting your thoughts and I really think this is an issue that deserves looking at more closely There are some verses that I find more affirming than the ones mentioned here.

"I and my Father are one." John 10:30

Seems very straight forward.

Also the 600 year gap that people believed Jesus was God incarnate as well as the prophecies foretelling the messiah's coming. I mean no disrespect by asking but Why does your faith seem to ignore these things?
